Our training is for you. You're the first responder, running towards the gunfire instead of away from it. You're a stay at home mom who finds herself confronting a home intruder while trying to homeschool three kids. Maybe you're a father out on a daddy/daughter date when the shooting starts inside the mall. Making sure you possess the skills necessary to eliminate a threat is your responsibility whether you're a civilian or you wear a badge.

It takes law enforcement minutes to arrive when seconds count.  Do you, as a Civilian, have the skills to bridge the gap between when the emergency starts and law enforcement can arrive? Do you, as an officer, have the skills to manage stress and eliminate the threat upon arrival?
