Introducing our Guardian Athlete Workout Programs!

Your body is the most important tool you possess when it comes to self-defense and the protection of those you love. These programs will ensure you are in fighting shape when the time comes to act. Make sure your body is a weapon when you HAVE TO BE without yours.

The PACK Guardian Program is a 16 week program focusing on muscular endurance, cardiovascular performance, and building lean muscle mass

The DEN Guardian Program is a 16 week program focusing on the all around athlete who wants to become more explosive while gaining strength and size.

​​The CAVE Guardian Program is a 16 week program focusing solely on power and strength with the goal of improving strength in the entire body

you pick your program and gain access to our on-staff fitness trainers to answer any questions or troubleshoot any problems. This includes dietary questions, alternative lifts and movements for those with preexisting conditions or injuries, and general fitness inquiries. In addition, you'll receive macronutrient calculations updated WEEKLY to ensure you're meeting your dietary needs.
